Bacich Earth Day (April 17)

Bacich Students will celebrate Earth Day on Friday, April 17th while Kent Students will celebrate Earth Day on Tuesday, April 21st.
Parent volunteers are needed to pull off this annual celebration. The event will include many fun activities for students to learn how our actions impact the Earth, and ways in which we can all protect our environment.

During this time we will have fun booths where students will freely roam and participate in an activity, art project, or game to learn about climate control, recycling, and other environmental considerations. We will also have visiting booths by Zero Waste Schools Marin, Safe Routes and the Marin Municipal Water District!

Bacich is also participating in a plastic film collection drive sponsored by Ridwell—when you volunteer at Earth Day or send your kids to school April 17-22, please bring hard-to-recycle plastic film (ziplock bags, grocery bags, bubble wrap).

Please sign up to help and join your children for celebration of Earth Day 2026!
